High Intensity Training(H.i.T)

Strength, agility & conditioning (s.a.c.) - oct. 18th – Nov. 26th, 2010 (6 wks)  ages: 10 and up

  • Age specific workouts designed to get the most out of every athlete, regardless of age or experience
  •  Progressive workouts - builds on the exercises and drills performed in previous sessions
  • Not Sport Specific - Great for athletes involved in any sport
  • This is not a weightlifting class – the strength building component utilizes body weight or light kettle bells for most exercises
  • Speed and Agility improvement through plyometrics, speed ladders, cones, hurdles, dots and much more

Class Schedule (2 age groups):

  • Ages 10 – 14: Mon, Wed and Fri 5:30 – 7pm  (6 weeks)
  • Ages 15 and up: Mon, Wed and Fri 7 – 8:30pm (6 weeks)

Cost: Members $175, Non-Members $200
